The Bernards Township Education Association (BTEA) represents over 640 members, including teachers, secretaries, and paraprofessionals in the Bernards Township School District.
The BTEA upholds the contracts the association negotiates with the board of education, and advocates for its members’ professional rights.
In addition, the BTEA supports many projects and activities that benefit our schools, students, and community.
Studies show that strong professional associations such as the BTEA effectively advocate for their students and communities. School districts with strong professional associations like the BTEA also have better educational outcomes for students.
We are proud of the work we do in Bernards Township and we are proud to be a strong partner in public education!
